The challenges to global food production.

The history of human life on our planet is continuously intertwined with the events determined by the evolution of agricultural and food production systems. Migration of human beings and urban settlements are social phenomena linked to the agricultural characteristics of territories, to the availability of water and food and to the evolution of knowledge for food production.
